Mr. Maibusch has over 32 years experience in the construction industry.  His project experience includes highrises, educational, and healthcare facilities, including Boeing's 777 Engineering Headquarters, the 63 story Gateway Tower (now called Seattle Municipal Tower) in Seattle USA and a 112 story mixed use tower in Doha, Qatar.

He has worked throughout the USA's Pacific Northwest (Washington State, Oregon, Alaska) and currently serves as Project Director for a project management company in Doha, Qatar.

He is a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Association of America and a LEED Accredited Professional.  He holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Architecture from the University of Illinois USA.

He currently sits on the Council's Board of Trustees as Secretary of the Board's Executive Committee, and also serves as the Council's country representative in Qatar. He also serves on the Council's Height Committee.

Since 2010, Mr. Maibusch has been organizing regional meetings of the CTBUH Qatar Chapter.
