Read the Symposium Overview

The 13th Annual CTBUH Awards introduced the inaugural Urban Habitat Award, won by The Interlace, and the 10 Year Award, won by the Post Tower. Winners and finalists in standing categories were also recognized, including the Regional Best Tall building winners: Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building (Americas), One Central Park (Asia & Australasia), De Rotterdam (Europe), Cayan Tower (Middle East & Africa), as well as from the two lifetime achievement award winners, Douglas Durst, and Peter Irwin, the Innovation award winner, BioSkin, and the Performance Award winner, International Commerce Centre.

Presentations & Speakers

Twelve special presentations were made at the free symposium, with 
presentations by representatives of the client and project teams of the four regional winning Best Tall Buildings, four regional Best Tall Building finalists, the two Innovation Awards, and both of the Lifetime Achievement award winners.

Dinner Image Gallery

The CTBUH 13th Annual awards ceremony and dinner was held immediately after the afternoon Symposium in nearby S.R. Crown Hall. The awards were bestowed at this event, including the announcement of the 2014 CTBUH "Best Tall Building Worldwide" award which was revealed to be One Central Park, in Sydney.
