DAMAC Gulf Properties has handed over DAMAC Heights to the first of the 335-meter high-rise’s tenants.
A spokesperson for the developer noted that the 640-unit luxury development was “close to ‘sold out’ when it was handed over to the CRM [customer relationship management] team for handovers.”
The primary contractor of the building, which is valued at $653.39 million (AED2.4 billion), was Arabtec Construction.
Located on the promenade of Dubai Marina, the 88-floor tower features apartments comprising one to five bedrooms.
The top 40 floors of the tower, which overlook the Palm Jumeirah, make up Damac Residenze – the tower’s “ultra-luxury offering, which features interiors by Fendi Casa.”
The completion of DAMAC Heights marks a busy period for the developer, as it prepares to hand over units in Dubai and the wider region – including at Damac Hills, Damac Towers by Paramount Hotels and Resorts Dubai, and The Heights in Amman.
