The Summit, a two-tower mixed-use development in Suzhou, China, has completed. The south tower rises 39 stories and 167 meters, and includes a four-story retail base topped by 16 stories of office space and 17 levels of luxury rentals. Read more.

The AU$150 million Novotel Melbourne South Wharf Hotel has opened near the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Designed by Woods Bagot, the 347-room, four-star hotel rises to a height of 97 meters and 26 stories. Read more.

Hundreds of new hotel rooms have been added to Montreal's Quartier International with the opening of Hôtel Monville. The 20-story, four-star hotel contains 269 rooms and features perks such as autonomous delivery robots. Read more.

The 23-story Tower Petroleum Building in Dallas is being converted into a 177-room boutique hotel. Developers have announced that the Art Deco building, located next to the landmark Majestic Theater, is due to open February 27. Read more.
