Four Tower Mixed-Use Development Underway in Tokyo

A completed diagram of Bunkyo Gardens has been released for the under-construction Kasuga/Korakuen station project. The project will consist of four buildings: Park Court Bunkyo Koishikawa  apartment building (40 floors, 148.4 meters), Bunkyo Garden Gate Tower office building (23 floors, 110.7 meters), the Bunkyo Garden South condominium building and Bunkyo Garden West apartment building (13 floors , 50.3 meters).

In the middle of the complex, an open space to be known as “Green Valley” will be about 6,500 square meters stretching north/south.

Park Court Bunkyo Koishikawa will have extensive amenities. The second floor of the basement will be directly connected to the Tokyo Metro’s Kasuga station, which is served by the Kagoshima line. There will be retail space on the first floor, while the sixth floor serves as the main entrance and the courtyard. Shared facilities, such as a kids’ room and a guest room, are arranged on the seventh and eighth floors. The 40th floor will host a skydeck and pool.

There will be 577 total units. Sales are scheduled to begin in early March 2019, and expected sales price is between JPY70 million and JPY360 million (approximately US$650,000 to US$3.2 million ).

The complex is a collaboration of three companies, Mitsui Fudosan Residential, Mitsubishi Estate Residence and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate.
